We are pleased to invite you to the 8th Annual Joint Conference of the International Cytokine Society (ICS) and the International Society for Interferon and Cytokine Research (ISICR).  The theme for this meeting is Cytokines in Infectious Diseases, Autoimmune Disorders and Cancer.  We are excited about the prospect of hosting up to 1000 international and local registrants at this joint Conference in Chicago. Northwestern University is the host university for this meeting.

An outstanding international program consisting of Plenary Sessions, Symposia, Invited Workshops, and Poster Sessions has been arranged to bring together leading investigators in cytokine biology, cancer, immunology, virology and infectious diseases in a forum that emphasizes the intersection of these expanding fields.

The topics at this conference will cover the spectrum from basic science to clinical, biotechnological and pharmaceutical research. Research from this area of immunology has been directly responsible for the development of growth factors and their application in hematology, for novel treatments in oncology, for a new generation of anti-inflammatory drugs, and for treatments for multiple sclerosis, hepatitis and viral syndromes.

Leading scientists have already agreed to participate in this conference. The International Advisory Committee is committed to focusing on biomedical advances and their application in the areas of inflammation, infectious diseases, oncology, neurology and immunology.

The program emphasis is to integrate the major themes of the Conference, and to provide molecular insights into the development of novel therapies for human disease. Scientific themes range from new cytokines and new technologies, to the roles of cytokines in tumor immunology, cell cycle control, inflammation, host defense, and angiogenesis. The clinical impact of cytokines in cancer, inflammatory diseases, viral syndromes and the use of cytokines as therapeutics will also be a major focus of the meeting. Fundamental research topics will include signal transduction, apoptosis, gene regulation, and cytokine structure-function.

Scientists in academic institutions, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries will be represented as plenary speakers. Senior scientists, young investigators, physician-scientists, post-doctoral fellows, and students will all benefit from the perspectives that are brought together at this unique international conference.

Exhibit Rules & Regulations

  1. Only one firm may exhibit in a single space. Items or services exhibited or referred to must be those normally provided or manufactured by the exhibitor.
  2. No application form will be processed without payment in full.
  3. Due to the nature of our event, no refunds will be offered.
  4. All representatives who will be staffing exhibit booths must be registered for the meeting. Exhibitor companies are allowed complementary registrations based on their sponsorship level. Additional booth personnel may be registered for $700 per person.
  5. Display materials that may be deemed by Cytokines2010 to detract from the dignity of the exhibit show will not be permitted.
  6. All exhibit furniture, electrical, other support services must be provided by the exhibit display coordinator or hotel. Additional costs for these services (if required) are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
  7. Security will NOT be provided during non-exhibit hours. The property of the exhibitors shall at all times remain in the sole possession, custody, and responsibility of each exhibitor.
  8. The exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and save the ICS, ISICR and Northwestern University, Hyatt Regency Chicago, and their employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses, and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorneys fees arising out of or caused by exhibitors installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of exhibition premises or part thereof.
